Can some one please tell me how to post a picture one aa thread???

I do copy and paste after i put it on my profile or photobucket

Put the full URL path of the photo between the " "
for instance, the photo I posted this morning was at http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1158/684675611_f1817d3383.jpg?v=0

so you would copy and paste that URL to the blank line as in below:

Joy I use www.photobucket.com it is free and this supports it. Meaning you can upload your pictures and then just copy and paste them in the body of your entry here. It is really easy!
